The Morrison Hotel Gallery is proud to announce a special collaboration with the National Constitution Center (NCC) in Philadelphia as they present the exhibition, “From Asbury Park to the Promised Land: The Life and Music of Bruce Springsteen”. Never before seen outside of the legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, this must-see exhibition makes its East Coast debut at the National Constitution Center. The exhibit will feature such items as Springsteen’s guitars, hand-written manuscripts, and even his famed 1960 Chevrolet Corvette.
“From Darkness to a Dream”, which premiered in October 2010 at The Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York City in conjunction with the release of The Promise, includes new and rarely seen photography from Frank Stefanko and Danny Clinch – fellow New Jersey natives, friends, and artistic collaborators of Bruce Springsteen.
On February 15, the National Constitution Center (525 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106) will hold its largest exhibition launch party ever. Photographer Frank Stefanko will be on hand at the premier where a larger number of works will be available for purchase to guests. A press luncheon will also take place the day of the launch featuring Stefanko as the guest speaker.
From February 17 to September 3, 2012, select works will continue to be on display at the National Constitution Center with prints available for order at the gift shop for the visiting public.
The launch party will be for invited guests only but the show will be open to the public on February 17th.
